1. Product Description 

Stainless Steel Butt Welding Elbow is a steel pipe fitting formed by hot pressing or forging. Its connection method is to directly butt weld the elbow with the steel pipe, creating a permanent, flush connection that enables maximum flow through the process line. The product is made of high-quality stainless steel (grades such as 304, 304L, 316, 316L, etc.), featuring excellent corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, and high-temperature resistance. The product design complies with standard pipe fitting specifications to ensure seamless integration with same-specification pipelines.

 

2. Product Applications

This elbow is used to change the direction of piping in various industrial systems. Main applications include:

  • Petrochemical and chemical processing plants – for crude oil, refined products, and chemical feedstocks.
